(Vancouver) - Motif DVD Studios Inc. today announced the launch of their Internet Web presence, http://www.motifdvd.com.

"The site is meant to be an engaging, interactive experience for visitors," said Motif's Internet Strategist. "We've tried to incorporate some significant functionality into the site right from launch, such as a client checklist and Extranet, and we have plans to add in many more tools throughout the first quarter of 2001."

The site also includes a number of features designed to educate people about the almost limitless possibilities that DVD offers producers, multimedia developers, post facilities, film distributors, educational institutions, corporations and movie studios.

"One of the key mandates we set for ourselves early on was to become a leader in educating clients, partners, and others about the advantages of DVD and what the future holds with respect to convergence," said Motif's Director of Sales and Marketing.

"We've tried to make the Motif site a place where people can access and download different resources to assist them in learning about DVD and Web-enabled interactivity."

Convergence-based products create a fully interactive DVD experience by seamlessly synchronizing with Internet content. The Motif Web site includes an interactive demonstration of Web-DVD convergence.
